6 Month Checkup

Mary Margaret had her six month checkup Friday which included immunizations and half of the flu shot. She gets the other half in a month. Everything went really good! She is right on track.
Here are her stats:

Height: 27 inches (90%)
Weight: 18 lbs, 9 oz (75%)
Head: 16 1/2 inches (25%)

She did really well with the shots this time. She just cried when they stuck her and then she was a happy girl the rest of the day! Chris got to be the hero this time and rescue her after bad Mommy held her down for the shots. We take turns. Her doctor decided to keep her on antibiotics for her kidney reflux for 6 additional months and then we will reevaluate it. She hates taking it but things could be a lot worse. We are still working on Stage 2 foods, and she loves all the different mixtures of fruits and veggie dinners. We tried chicken with chicken gravy and she gagged until she threw it up. She is such a drama is queen! We are also giving her about 2 bites of plain yogurt at breakfast and dinner to help with the diaper rash the antibiotics are giving her. She does not like this at all! She tries to hold it in her mouth until she can spit it out but I make her swallow it. Hopefully she will develop a taste for it!
She is still rolling like crazy and has started to sit by herself until she gets distracted and topples! She is growing up so fast!
