MM turns 1 year old on Saturday 16th. I just cannot believe it. It feels like yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital, wondering if we knew what in the world we were doing. Now our little girl is eating solid food, drinking whole milk and has a big girl car seat! We still feed her formula in the mornings and night but other than that she eats pretty much what we eat. We've been trying different foods with her, and she LOVES cheese. Like mother like daughter! She has also already figured out that she can feed our lab Lacey what she doesn't want. The dogs just lay beside the highchair at dinner time waiting for her to drop them some snacks! She has 4 teeth coming in on top and two more on the bottom so she has been a little fussy lately. She is not walking yet, but loves to stand and get into everything! She really likes being turned around facing forward in the car (shhhh, I know it is a week early) and so do we. So much easier to hand her snacks, pacifier etc. We have DVDs in the headrests and I have been playing movies for her, but she hasn't gotten into that much yet. It could be because I have not played her favorite, Go Diego Go! But I just bought her one for her birthday so we will try it next week.
