Mary Margaret: Growing Like a Weed!

I know I have been a bad blogger lately. I have been really busy at work, my usual blogging place! Not much has changed since my last update. MM is still loving saying Mama, making her Daddy very jealous. I work with her everyday in the car to say Dada, but it is still only Mama. I don't mind! :)
She is almost 9 months! I can't believe it. I still remember bringing her home from the hospital. She has changed so much. She still only has 2 teeth, her bottom ones. She is getting more hair, but not enough I can put a bow in yet. We have given up one bottle, so now we are eating four seven ounce bottles. We have started experimenting with stage 3 baby foods. They are basically larger jars of the stage 2 but a little chunkier. MM does not really like the textures of the new food. When she gets a chunk, she gags. Last night she gagged until she threw up so we gave up. But tonight, she ate a whole jar of green beans with rice. So maybe she is getting used to it. She does not like the Gerber puffs yet. Again with the gagging. She is not really interested in sippy cups either. I first tried the regular one you tip up and she liked throwing it on the floor. I also tried the kind with a straw. She took a few sips and then got bored.
She still rolls where she wants to go. She looks like she is about to start crawling but she hasn't yet. Two kids in her daycare have started crawling so I think she is learning from them. She will get on her knees and rock back and forth. Right now she is wearing anything from 9 to 12 month clothes. Some of her 9 month things are getting a little small!
She has started to love playing peek-a-boo! I posted a video below of her playing with me. It cracks me up every time. I also posted a video of one of bedtime routines. It is really sweet. My Nanny gave her this bear that sings the song "Butterfly Kisses" to her before she was born. Every night, her Daddy and her listen to it. It is my favorite part of the night. Tears come to my eyes every time. I only caught the last half of it on video.
Other than that she has her 9 month check-up next Friday so I will have more updates then!
